Last week the AVforPlanners team launched their new company at iMex America! Not only was there a buzz going around about their AVMan, but there was a constant flow of traffic and appointment throughout all 3 days! Everyone wanted to know “What is AVforPlanners?”. AVforPlanners is a simple survey service to help all event planners with their Audio Visual needs. An evaluator will come in and layout (in plain text) your quotes sent to you by AV Companies. They will listen to your needs for your event and give you the confidence in choosing the correct AV Company. Everyone loves the idea and can’t wait until they go international! Other great booths at iMex America was the Meet Mr.Holland, with their “add some orange” paint bucket. Such a great booth with great people!

Another great booth was the Vancouver Booth (aka the Sustainable Margarita Booth). They had bike’s set up to a blender, so when you pedaled it would give energy to the blender and create a delicious Sustainable Margarita (check out pictures here). Above we have Kiki L’Italien and AVMan right before they did a podcast on “what is avforplanners?”.
